The Optimé Outsourced Service covers all key processes for optimizing healthcare human capital. Specifically, we provide:

People: Our teams consist of experienced hospital administrators, nurse executives, healthcare finance, operations research and technology professionals. Our people help set workforce strategy, redesign staffing processes, and manage day to day staffing operations. To manage the staffing offices, we place personnel who are trained in workforce logistics and employee relationship management to optimize daily staffing functions thus providing CNO’s with resources and visibility into their operations thus far unavailable to them.

Processes: Building on 25+ years of experience in hospital operations, nursing management, supply chain, and logistics, we have developed a set of unique processes to truly optimize all key aspects of the healthcare workforce management. Our processes incorporate lean and six sigma principles to ensure most efficient operation of workforce deployment functions.

Technology: Optimé Group has developed, from the ground up, a very comprehensive web based technology platform, specifically for optimizing healthcare workforces. Our applications contain an integrated set of modules for everything from demand forecasting and planning, to determining optimal workforce deployment strategy, to budgeting, credentials management, scheduling, staffing, shift fulfillment, vendor management, and financial and operational performance monitoring. This platform is browser-based, hosted, but integrated with incumbent hospital technologies for seamless operations.
